Privacy Policy

LowResArt is designed to be privacy-friendly by default. All image processing happens entirely in your browser — your photos never leave your device unless you choose to order a print. We collect as little data as possible and store nothing about you on our servers.

Images (print orders only)

When you click "Order a Print," your rendered image is uploaded to our servers solely to allow our print partner to retrieve it. This image is automatically and permanently deleted within 24 hours. We do not view, analyse, or share your image for any other purpose.

Country detection

We read a country code provided by Cloudflare (based on your IP address) to determine whether print ordering is available in your region. This code is used in real time and is not stored.

Local browser storage

Your studio preferences and custom presets are saved in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

• We do not require account creation or collect email addresses.
• We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.
• We do not run third-party analytics scripts on the Studio.
• We do not sell or share personal data with advertisers.

Cloudflare

LowResArt uses Cloudflare as its hosting provider. Cloudflare may process network-level data as part of delivering the Service. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

CanvasPop

Print checkout and fulfillment are handled by CanvasPop. When you proceed to checkout, your order and payment information are processed directly by CanvasPop under their own privacy policy. LowResArt does not receive or store your payment details. See the CanvasPop Privacy Policy.

If you never place a print order, your image never leaves your browser — nothing is uploaded to our servers at any point. If you do place an order, the rendered image is uploaded solely to allow our print partner to retrieve it, then automatically and permanently deleted within 24 hours via a lifecycle rule on our storage bucket. No other personal data is retained on our servers.

Because we store no personal data linked to you, there is generally nothing to access, correct, or delete on our end. If you believe we hold data about you or have a privacy-related concern, please contact us and we will respond promptly.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have rights under the GDPR including the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data. If applicable, you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal data to us, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
