Terms of Service

By accessing or using LowResArt (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

LowResArt is a web-based studio that converts your photos into pixel art images entirely in your browser. No image data is sent to our servers during this process. When you choose to order a physical print, your rendered image is temporarily uploaded to our storage and forwarded to our print partner for fulfillment.

The studio is available worldwide. Print ordering is currently limited to the United States, Canada, and select European countries (AT, BE, BG, HR, CY, CZ, DK, EE, FI, FR, DE, GR, HU, IE, IT, LV, LT, LU, MT, NL, PL, PT, RO, SK, SI, ES, SE, GB, NO, CH). Users in unsupported regions may use the studio freely but cannot place print orders.

You retain full ownership of any photos you upload or process. By uploading an image to place a print order, you grant LowResArt a limited, temporary license to store and transmit that image solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. Uploaded images are automatically deleted from our storage within 24 hours.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any image you upload. Do not upload images that infringe third-party intellectual property rights, contain illegal content, or depict minors in an inappropriate manner.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
• Upload malicious files or content designed to harm others.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity.

Print orders are fulfilled by CanvasPop, an independent third-party service. Once you proceed to checkout, you are subject to CanvasPop's own terms of service and privacy policy. LowResArt is not responsible for print quality disputes, shipping delays, or any issues arising from the fulfillment process. For order-related issues, please contact CanvasPop directly.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Pixel art output depends on the source image and chosen settings — results may vary.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LowResArt and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or profits.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
